Senator Walters moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Com. Sub. for House Bill 4271--A Bill to amend and reenact §29-22A-10 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; and to amend and reenact §29-25-22 and §29-25-22b of said code, all relating to reducing the amount transferred to the Licensed Racetrack Modernization Fund; transferring funds remaining in the Historic Resort Hotel Modernization Fund to the General Revenue Fund of the state during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016; and closing the Historic Resort Hotel Modernization Fund.
